Hey everyone, here’re I go again trying to save even more weight out of my 97 civic sedan. If you’ve been following along I already gutted and cut the front and rear doors. Now it’s time to change up the glass for lexan on the doors.

I bought the lexan from a local plastics supply store. And went to town on making what I needed. Hope this video was helpful for all of you and if you have any questions feel free to ask away in the comments!
