In the late '80s, Florida was a narcotics hub like never before. Drug lords were not afraid to intimidate and even kill to protect their territory. To put an end to the violence generated by this traffic, the police authorities ask the FBI for help. One of the kingpins won't bow to anyone. He does everything in his power to prevent investigators from accumulating evidence against him. His organization even targets the government itself. The town of Fort Myers is on high alert.
