Welcome back to another day of real-life off-grid living!

In this video, we're making progress on several projects around the homestead. We start by picking up more compost soil to continue improving our garden beds and helping this year's growing season get off to a great start. We also check in on the mini greenhouse to see how everything is growing.

Next, Jay spends some time working on the truck camper, getting it caulked up and trying out some new LED light bulbs. Of course, no project day would be complete without a little comedy... including the search for a "missing" caulk gun that may or may not have been right in front of us the whole time!

To wrap up the day, we make a big step forward on our off-grid water system project by finally getting the roof installed on the pump house. It's exciting to see this building starting to come together and take shape.
