Tips to stay warm and survive during power outage | checklist of items to have for power outage | Texas Snowstorm Ep48

We had a snowstorm in Texas couple of weeks ago and had power outages across the state. Luckily and by God's grace we didn't have a power outage or water issues, but the day we moved into our home a few years ago it was snowing like this and we moved in and started the heater. As it was too low, it took really long to heat up and it was bitter cold for those few hours.Here are a few lessons learned /tips to stay warm and survive during power outage that I have collected and seen being shared or experiences from friends. Also providing a checklist of items to have during power outage that could be helpful.

All these tips are from a layman point of view, though I have worked with Oncor on one of their projects while i was working with IBM. Though I have done Electrical & Electronics Engineering, I have been working on IT all throughout , not on Electrical. But I did some research to come up with the tips and checklist and creating this video took the most time so far. Would love to know your valuable feedback and suggestions.
