I was worried seeing so many reviews for an item like this, but Im happy to report that the computer I was given works perfectly fine, the biggest complaint Ive had so far is the lack of built-in wifi receiver, the little guy they give you to pick up a wireless signal isnt that good, but thats not even a part of the computer so I know with a small upgrade that problem can be fixed.
The computer I ordered arrived a day earlier than expected. That's always a good start. We unpacked it, hooked everything up, plugged it in . . . and it’s working just fine! I have no comment about Tech support because so far, it hasn’t been necessary.
Nowadays desktop computers that are more powerful than laptops are also less expensive. Dont be nervous that this is a refurbished one either, it is SPECTACULAR.
Absolutely free from bloatware. Windows 10 Pro is amazing. My only minor complaint is the basic keyboard and mouse sent out, but $13 will get you a good Dell keyboard.
I am beyond pleased with my purchase.
Although I haven't had time to install and use it on a daily basis, an IT rep from our company highly recommended it and installed the needed programs for me to use it at home gave it rave reviews.
This product has been working great. I purchased a refurbished Dell PC for my business. So far so good. It also has a great speed when navigating and start up.
Cool note, when I first started the PC, the desktop had support icons to Blair Technology group which is amazing. Support is literally a click away.
Received this machine exactly as advertised. Used, refurbished system came in good shape with new keyboard and mouse. All internal components came as advertised.
Very clean inside and did not smell like some referb systems do. Setup was quick and flawless. Very impressed as the new Windows 10 image was up and running in under 15 minutes.
The wired network was even plug and play! This machine is blazing fast compared to my older HP that just died. Im very happy with the initial setup and performance.
My only concern is the hard drive that tested in at over 5 years worth of usage. I just hope I can get a year more of light usage out of this HD before I need to invest in a new hard drive.
Other than that concern, very happy with the system and Blair TG thus far.
I wanted to replace a current computer with one that came installed with Windows 10. This was a great option and will do everything that I need.
Built in Wifi on a desktop is also a nice option (In the event that our cable modem is down, I can use the hotspot on my cell phone to continue to operate)
Fantastic refurb for 200... This PC is pretty darn quick.. And most of all.. Its QUIET!.. The only disappointment was they claim it looked new... theres some prior damage visible.. A dent on the corner the plastic casing just above the ROM drive...
