I drive an all black car with black interior as well - so wasn’t too sure about putting LED lights in it.
It also has a sunroof that opens the entirety of the roof, one of my favorite things about it, so when the lights are on, they bounce off the windows, including the sunroof, which actually looks amazing.
I like that these lights are still subtle enough not to detract from the black leather interior.
The strips are the right length to go along each under-edge of the car seats (or another area near each section of the car)and the wires are super easy to hide.Personally, I stuck them along the under edges of the front and rear edges of my driver and passenger car seats so they illuminate from the floor up, which gives a very hot effect!
They’re easy to turn on/off with the push of a button or by using the app if you wanna change the settings to music sync or a variety of flashing and transitions.There are a ton of color options which is awesome cuz color can really set the mood.
I often just leave it on one steady color (I know, boring) when I drive, but if I’m listening to music I’ll use the music sync. My pre-teen kids seem to really love them in the back, too.
They take over when they’re in the car, lol. The only single tiny issue I have is the stickiness is not too great. But this is very common with LED lights, so I buy some different 2-way tape and use that in all my LED light applications anyways.
But seriously these are very cool lights!
I gotta say... these LED lights work amazingly!! Completely transforms the look of my truck!! One thing that I absolutely love is the seamless Bluetooth connection!!
It automatically connects with the app and makes it 10x easier to without going to Bluetooth. I thought it would be a hassle always connecting it through Bluetooth but I was wrong!
It does it so easily! I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. 10/10 would buy again!! !
Got these for a super blacked out dodge challenger. Going to do some interior modifications first, then install. Love the cigarette lighter power, and they seem really easy to install.
3m adhesive is known to be the best. Cant wait to see how they look when the car is finished and will report back with photos after installed. Would’ve been even better if they came with a usb power slot so we could run it off a rechargeable battery pack.
I have been in search of some good reliable LED car lights for a while. I came across this product and decided to give it a try. I have a big SUV so I was initially concerned if the wire length would be long enough.
The install was relatively simple. I was able to hide the wires in the plastic trim for a clean look. I just wish the adhesive on the lights were a bit more sticky.
It made the install take a little longer than expected but the overall outcome was satisfactory. The app that controls the lights was a little difficult to set up for me but I find it easier to adjust the settings on the attached remote.
